Flash help?

Does anyone have any good tutorials for flash i can look at? Like something that explains what the heckle motion tweening and classic tweening is (what the heck is the difference between them???) and like what are these symbols I have to make before motion tweening????? I've looked at things that tell me what to do, but i still don't really understand it all
I've heard that once you get used to flash that it'll be all goods, but I'm still at that stage where everything is really unfamiliar and I'm just so confused. do you use actionscript 2 or 3 or what? tweening!?!??? uuhhh

so far i've just been animating in photoshop but I really want to learn how to use flash, and oh yeah, my flash version is cs6. i wanna learn how to animate the frames i've drawn in photoshop/sai in flash and exactly how i would go about doing that
